New Way to Honor Fallen Vets: This was birthed by a Hampton Roads family who lost a young soldier in Iraq. I knew that soldier, Tony, and his wife and small children. He was killed by a sniper he never saw. A bill is before Congress to allow a small flag to be flown below the American flag on certain days ( Veterans' Day, etc) to honor our fallen vets.
