Dear Partner Readers,
The Lord has given me a clear burden to call One Million to Pray One Day for One Nation ( DROC Congo) for One King to reign there. One day of intense prayer by one million could do much damage to the ancient spiritual strongholds that keep this dear country in such misery.
I know this is God's project, not mine. An African intercessor in Nigeria confirmed this burden as I shared it with him. Please pass the word on this as the Lord allows. I hope to see other nations so targeted by such massive, one-day calls to prayer.
Please pray about participating. This is something do-able we can do to alleviate the continuing suffering in Africa, especially in DROC Congo! Only God can heal the Congo--and He wants to but he waits on our prayers to do so. That's the mystery of prayer, isn't it? He wants things done more than we do but waits until we pray to do them.
The blog to explain the call set for June 30, 2008. Please pray that many churches and individuals will join us on that day. Fasting helps. Please fast that day if you can. It is gasoline on the fire of prayer.
